The Sharda Group's story began in textiles — a business rooted in craft, patience, and the long view. When Mr. Rakesh Sharda founded the modern Sharda Group in 1996, he carried that same ethic into garments, hospitality, and eventually real estate.
Today, Sharda Uptown is the group's real estate flagship, with delivered communities like Khushboo, Alankrit, Vivek Vihar and Sukh Sagar, and a transformative ongoing portfolio led by Orizzonte, The Quad, Mox Towers, and NTPC Anandam.
